Option B — Workflow Review & Troubleshooting

Ideal for: You have an existing n8n workflow that needs debugging or improvement.

Rate: ₱600 / hour

What’s included:

• Pre-session review of submitted workflow (we will analyze before you book a call).

• Live troubleshooting / improvement session focused on the fix or optimization.

• Short post-session report describing the changes made and recommended next steps.

What I need from you:

• Exported n8n workflow JSON and a short description of the expected behavior.

Option C — Build a Workflow (Starter Package)

Ideal for: You have an automation idea and want a working prototype.

Price: ₱4,500 (fixed)

What’s included:

• A demonstration video showing the workflow working end-to-end (send before you book a call to help you decide if you want to proceed).

• Initial build based on your submitted requirements.

• Workflow JSON file you can import into your n8n.

• 2-hour Google Meet walkthrough to explain how it works and how to update credentials.

What I need from you:

• Detailed requirements (inputs, outputs, triggers, example data) and credentials (or test credentials) if needed.

Delivery:

• Initial demonstration video usually delivered within 5–7 business days after we confirm requirements.

Option D — Specific Business Workflow Automation (Single Workflow)

Ideal for: Business owners who want to automate a specific manual process end-to-end.

Price: ₱10,500 (fixed) per workflow

What’s included:

• A demonstration video showing the workflow working end-to-end (send before you book a call to help you decide if you want to proceed).

• Further requirements-gathering session (up to 2 hours) to map your manual process.

• Design and full implementation of the workflow on your n8n instance.

• Deployment and verification that the workflow runs reliably in your environment.

• 2-hour handover session to your tech team (or you) with documentation.

• 1 month support (bug fixes and small adjustments).

What I need from you:

• Clear description of the manual steps, access to test accounts, and a point of contact for approvals.

Delivery:

• Timeline depends on complexity; I will provide a timeline together with the demonstration video.
